What is the Paleo Diet?

Before we get into the recipes, let us understand first what is meant by Paleo Diet. Paleo or Paleolithic diet (also known as Caveman’s diet) is a trend on trend these days. It consists of eating foods thought by its proponents to mirror those consumed during the Paleolithic era.

Those people on the Paleo diet avoid processed foods and typically eat vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, and meat. They avoid dairy products, grains, sugar, legumes, processed oils, salts, alcohol, and coffee, in theory. All they eat are those organically grown produce.
